Product Description


All kinds of skip bins、gantry bins can be designed and manufactured here in Hero Equipment. Usually standard sizes from 1.5 cubic meter to 14 cubic meter can be recommended, besides customized bins can also be achieved according to your designs or requirements.


Normally we use Q235 or Q345 as the materials to build the bins, but if you have special requirements on higher grade of steel, we can also source for you.


Regarding the surface treatment, we can paint the bins in your color or in H.D.G.  In addition, extra crane eyes, forklift slots, steel lids and casters can also be provided here, we welcome you to contact us for more information.

Product Parameters


Material

Mild steel , in China we usually use Q235, which is similar to grade 250 in Australia, we can also use Q345 which is similar to grade 350 in Australia

Size

sizes from 1.5 cubic meter to 14 cubic meter

Thickness of plates used

3mm M/S plate for sides and 4mm M/S for floor. Thicker plates are available based on your requirements.

Other specifications

1). RHS 100*50*4 are used for top rails, and top edge of plate continuous welded to RHS

2). one piece forged lifting lugs(39mm)

3). 8mm or 10mm flat bar welded on the sides.

4). Crossmembers under floor.

5). One barrow door on the end

6). Four drain holes in floor close to four corner

7). Fully welded inside and outside

Lifting lugs

Our lifting lugs are tested and one piece forged, which are much stronger and more beautiful than the ones welded. Each skip bin will has 8 lifting lugs, four short ones and four longer ones for tipping.


Crane lifting eyes
——
We have folded crane lifting eyes on the top rail of skip bins, all these crane lifting eyes can be tested here and videos can be provided for your certificates in your country.


Load plan
——
When load in the container, the skip bins can be stacked, it helps to save more space.
